What will you be doing?

The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the frog General Manager of Mexico City studio to drive success in growth, operations, and profitability. This includes: including revenue analysis & ad hoc reporting, business development support. This position requires the experience in business operations, Finance,  and the ability to work cross functionally with team leaders.
The Operations Manager collaborates with the General Manager, discipline leads, and the management teams in our Mexico City studio to formulate consistent operating plans, strategies and tactics to achieve profitability, growth and operating goals across studios.  In addition, this person will review operating reports and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews to ensure accountability for performance vs. plan and to help the region exceed top and bottom line objectives.  

In this role, you will:

Revenue Management

  • Develop and produce timely revenue data in order to drive quality financial decisions (i.e. ensure Salesforce is update, review weekly forecast file, ensure programs are moving through our systems for timely results)
  • Support studio leadership to execute improvement and growth plans across disciplines and studios

Financial Analyst & Reporting

  • Provide management reporting and analysis on financial performance
  • Provide meaningful variance analysis that is accurate, insightful, and supports management's decision making
  • Build and maintain various management reports
  • Create custom reports to analyse and validate management decisions.
  • Perform complex ad hoc analysis

Business Development

  • Develop pricing tools for proposal teams to use during the bis dev process
  • Assist teams with non-frog resource pricing
  • Ensure proposal teams adhere to the pricing policies by reviewing outbound proposals

Program Support

  • Participate in program performance reviews
