What will you be doing?

As a Product Manager in the Digital Operations group, you will be responsible for frog’s internal knowledge tools and external marketing sites, including frogdesign.com.

The organisation will look to you to be the trusted person to bring together internal parties to define, document, and share the strategy and roadmap for internal products; prioritise delivery activities and resources; create and negotiate solutions; communicate progress; and problem solve immediate issues.

While managing multiple initiatives, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, Marketing, SEO, designers, engineering, and partners. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from around the globe to improve and deliver new product experiences from the roadmap.

We want you to have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience creating and maintaining web products and services
  • Managed 2+ products from concept through production rollout
  • Created and managed product backlogs, requirements, and roadmaps using industry-standard tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Presentation preparation and skills in Keynote or PowerPoint
  • Spreadsheet skills to track metrics and create budgets
  • A willingness to collaborate with global team members for occasional key meetings in the early morning or evening
  • Business level ability in English

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Hands-on experience in web development, interaction design, or technical skills
  • Interest in staying current and sharing trends in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of usage analytics and SEO related techniques
  • Experience working on multiple tracks of work with diverse teams and priorities.
  • Flexibility to changing business priorities and responsibilities
