What will you be doing?

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that frog knowledge (thought leadership, POVs, case studies and templates) is effectively shared across our global teams
  • Work with global operations, marketing, and delivery teams to develop and implement new asset collection and sharing processes across the regions
  • Collecting knowledge assets from global studios, compiling knowledge digests, and distributing out assets on a monthly basis
  • Working with global discipline leads to compile, curate, and upload assets including best practices, methodologies, and templates and toolkits into frog’s knowledge management system
  • Reviewing and quality-controlling contributed assets to ensure that the tagging, description, and confidentiality are compliant with the best practices and company rules & policies
  • Responding to KM related inquiries such as relevant case studies and thought leaderships for client, business development, and marketing purposes from global studios
  • Documenting and reviewing user feedback, suggestions, and recommendations to ensure content in the knowledge platform is relevant, fresh, and engaging. This includes KM roadmapping of content, features, and working with a multidisciplinary team to keep iterating and improving KM
  • Leading and managing frog knowledge management training and documentation for the immersion day
  • Contributing to frog’s annual global make your mark awards event through knowledge management operations

We want you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Keynote, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams & Stream, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to clearly communicate, and articulate, both written and verbally, to an internal and external audience 
  • Attention to detail, self-driven and proactive
  • Manage regular tasks and improvement plans, and ad-hoc enquiries responsively and proactively
  • Team-oriented personality who can partner with teams globally
  • Enthusiasm to learn about new features of Microsoft Office 365 suite and integrate them into the KM system

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Prior experience with CMS, intranets, knowledge management, and/or Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 suite
  • Prior experience in content strategy and content management systems to help surface information in a way that is engaging and relevant to users
  • Passionate about innovative design industry
