What will you be doing?

frog is seeking a marketing manager with strong direct marketing skills to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be exceptionally skilled at leveraging frog’s strong thought leadership, work portfolio, and marketing database to drive new business, and collaborate with our global marketing team to develop and execute data-informed audience growth plans across social media. S/he will plan, manage, and execute direct marketing and social media campaigns, such as industry-specific briefings, newsletters, and white paper promotions. Furthermore, s/he will build effective event platforms, including the planning, organization, and execution of workshops, industry events, or client dinnersS/he will also work with frog’s Creative and Business Development teams to create and refine sales materials and develop custom Marketing solutions for frog’s Major Accounts. 

 

The Contribution:

  • Possess a thorough understanding of branding and content marketing, events, social media/audience development techniques, including emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Leverage relevant social networks and platforms and maintain running analysis of those platforms and company performance, using that data to inform actionable plans.
  • Have the ability to work in an environment where flexibility, collaboration, creativity and fast execution are necessary
  • Brings a passion for and deep understanding of data, databases, data analysis, and direct marketing
  • Has a proven track record running complex business events
  • Business-oriented mindset and strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Content-driven marketer who can identify valuable information and make it relevant to a specific audience
  • Process-driven and will be working on categorization, some admin work
  • Eager to help with any responsibilities and duties!

  • Hands on knowledge of branding and content marketing
  • Strong storytelling capability – writing and speaking – in both Chinese and English
  • Manage social media campaigns and analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
  • Ability to edit video clips for content marketing  
  • Ability to create editorial content preferred
  • Experience in event marketing
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Personable, opinionated, curious, empathetic
  • A passion for design/innovation and marketing
  • A fast learner who can build expertise and understand trends and needs in various verticals, including telecommunications, software, financial services, healthcare, retail, automotive, and media/entertainment

 Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in branding, marketing and events & PR, preferably in the consumer goods industry or creative agencies
  • Must have bilingual skills – Chinese and English
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Healthy appetite for all things digital and a regular watch on what’s new
  • Strong passion for innovation and design, and curious of emerging tech and consumer trends
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional sense of accountability
