What will you be doing?

As a Technology Director, you would be managing a team of technologists (Design Technologists, Solution Architects, and Product Managers) as well as oversee a number of diverse projects.  On the management side, you are responsible for resourcing our talented technologists to different efforts, setting team goals, creating the development plans for each person under your leadership, and conducting reviews throughout the year.  On the execution side, you will participate in projects as well as oversee others.  From research through concepting and prototyping to development, your responsibility will be to provide technology leadership to the efforts you are working on while ensuring the technology deliverables are of top quality.  You will interact with client counterparts typically at the executive level.  Finally, a Technology Director also works in conjunction with the Business Development team to define and evolve new service offerings, close new business relationships with clients, and actively participates in business development efforts such as proposals, pre-sales meetings, project estimation/scoping activities, and resource allocation.
