What will you be doing?

frog is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the region and our global team on internal projects and initiatives. While you will be based within a home region, you will join a super fun, international team of dedicated, passionate frogs who will be there to support you every step of the way. In your home studio, you will support the Talent Acquisition Partner in all hiring efforts for the region. In this role, you will:

  • Own the intern recruitment cycle, from inception to offer
  • Foster and expand relationships with universities in the region to attract students and fresh graduates to our internship program
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner to schedule phone screens, interviews, and travel, where necessary
  • Support your home studio’s hiring efforts, as well as the Talent Acquisition team globally
  • Liaise with Human Resources, Finance and Operations to coordinate onboarding
  • Coordinate, attend and manage recruitment and networking events in close cooperation with Marketing
  • Pre-screen and interview prospective candidates for internship and junior positions
  • Update and maintain our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Maintain employee referral program
  • Manage job postings on our ATS, through LinkedIn and other job portals
  • Recognise opportunities for process improvements and vocalise efforts and improvements where needed
  • Actively source and engage candidates for open roles, including through LinkedIn
  • Manage on-site interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage the interview feedback process and work with Hiring Manager to ensure candidates receive feedback in a timely manner
  • Spearhead all candidate communication

We want you to have:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills (especially Outlook scheduling, SharePoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to be receptive to a high quantity of assigned tasks and own your schedule
  • Interested in learning and observing Recruiting functions
  • Business-level fluency in English

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Business-level fluency in another language, especially German, Spanish, or French
  • Experience with ATS, especially Greenhouse
  • Experience in Recruiting or in Human Resources
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
